Beloved husband of Michaeline A. "Mickey" Coney, whom he married May 2, 1964, loving father of Lisa Coney of Naperville and William E. "Bill" (Jennifer) Coney of Naperville, adored grandfather of Michael L. Coney of Addison, IL and the late William E. "Billy" Coney, Jr., devoted son of the late William and Vernie (nee Berry) Coney, dear brother of Brenda (Paul) Czarapata, Charles (Marilyn) Coney and Regina (Greg) Walter, fond brother-in-law, cousin, uncle, great-uncle and friend of many.
Bill served stateside in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and later owned and operated Naperville Collision Specialists in Lisle for 56 years.
Bill enjoyed racing motorcycles, collecting and driving custom cars, and scuba diving.
Services and interment will be private.
