Bill was born in Alpena on April 7, 1963, to the late Earl and Dorothy (Josey) Connon, Jr. He enjoyed being outdoors, whether it was fishing, hunting, gardening, canning or snowmobiling.
Surviving are his siblings, Elizabeth Jane (Daniel) Hansen of Lachine, Ronald Connon of Henryville, IN, Karen (Chester) Booth of Alpena, Thomas (Renee) Connon of Presque Ilse; several nieces and nephews.
Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Gerald (Dolores) Connon, niece, Melissa Craze and nephew, Justin Dziesinski.
Visitation will take place at the Bannan Funeral Home on Monday, November 17, 2025, from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12 p.m. with Marsha Marquardt officiating.
Interment: Evergreen Cemetery
Memorials: Alpena Lions Club for vision testing
