William George Cooper, loving husband and devoted family man, passed away on March 26, 2024, in Belgrade, Montana. Born on June 2, 1957, Bill was born again in Christ at a young age and always had an unwavering faith. He was a man of integrity and loyalty and dedication to family and friends.
Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Lesley; son, Matt (Amanda); daughter, MeGan (Jeremey); grandchildren, Leighanna, Gage, Liam, and Logan; siblings, Dianne Burkhart (Bob), Brad Cooper (Lynn), Scott Cooper, and Lori Barnett (Ron); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Alice Cooper, and brother, Wayne.
The impact of William’s kindness and wisdom will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His warm smile, generous spirit, and genuine love for his family will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
May he rest in peace, knowing that he was truly cherished and loved by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
A funeral service honoring William’s life will be held Friday, March 29. 2024, 1:00 p.m., at Dahl Funeral & Cremation Service, 300 Highland Blvd, Bozeman. A light reception at Dahl Tribute Center will follow the service.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
