William Lee Diven (AKA Bill) changed his address from West Chester, Ohio to Heaven on August 19, 2024 at the age of 92.Bill joined the Air Force where he was a dedicated OSI (Officer of Special Investigation) for 30 years. His foreign language skills were developed at Yale, learning to read, write and speak Japanese.
Bill lived just a stones throw from the love of his life Janine Counts. They wed in November of 1952.Together they raised 4 beautiful, successful daughters.Bill is preceded in death by his wife Jan and daughter Jamie Lynn Watkins. Bill is survived by Janice L.Bastani, Joyce Guarneiri and Pat Jean Bosken and 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Bill will be buried next to Jan in West Chester Cemetery on Friday, August 23, 2024 in a private ceremony.
