William (Billy) Dize is the best Brother-in-Law anyone could ever ask for. Billy and Kathy were always there for me any time I needed them. They took Staci and I to see the fireworks many times and I was always invited to any affairs they had at their home. I felt like Billy's and Kathy's family were blood related to me more- so than my own family except my Brother Butch and my Sister Pamela. Their Son Billy is my Godson. I will Love and Miss Billy for the rest of my life.
