Billy is survived by his mother, Violet (Bobbie) Farmer; 2 sisters: Debbie Dunlap and Kim Randall; Nieces, Bobbie Smith (Dennis), Deana Schubert (Robert),Rebecca Johnson (Brendin). Also many great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
Billy was preceded by his father William Dunlap; Brother, Monte Dunlap; Niece, Leah Randall and many grandparents.
A funeral service to honor William Dunlap's life and service will be held at 1 pm on Monday July 7th at James & Gahr Funeral Home in Salem, MO, with a visitation to be held at the Chapel prior to the service from 12:00 PM until service time. Military honors will be rendered at the graveside at Boss cemetery.
