William Farley Obituary
In addition to his parents, William is preceded in death by his cherished wife Letha M. Ball Farley, and his dear children, Robert, Donnie, Keith, William Jr., Brian, Sharen, Ethel, and D.J. Farley. He was also preceded by his brothers Raymond, Jimmy, and Fred Farley, sisters Mabel Hurley, Cora Hatfield, Mary Comstock, Emma, Hazel Snyder, and Thelma Meade, and his grandson Randy Farley.
He is survived by his loving sons, David Farley of Turkey Creek, KY, and Johnny Farley of McCarr, KY. William is also survived by a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A member of the Ajax Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of Lenore, WV, William's faith was a cornerstone of his life. He worked as a coal miner for 40 years, demonstrating resilience and commitment.
William had a passion for the outdoors, enjoying hunting and fishing when his health allowed him to. He was an avid farmer, tending to his garden with great care, and found joy in gathering ginseng in the hills and mountains.
