AUBURN/ KEAAU, HI- William V. “Will” Ferguson, Jr. 71, of Keaau, Hawaii, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 9 at the Hilo Medical Center.
William was formerly from Auburn and was a graduate of Auburn High School and continued his education at Worcester Vocational school where he pursued a career in the Plumbing and Heating industry. He graduated and became an apprentice and worked through the many levels of being a Journeyman and proceeded to get his master's Plumbers and Gasfitters License.
He worked all over the United States on various projects. In 1986, Will moved to Keaau, Hawaii and established residence and built his home. In 1998, Will established Will’s Plumbing and Heating and has been serving East Hawaii with great pride ever since. Will was very accomplished and had many talents and interests such as a pilot’s license, certified scuba diver, certification as a paralegal to name a few. He also enjoyed the challenges of keeping his 1947 Buick road worthy. He really enjoyed all outdoor door activities.
He was the son of the late William V. and Rita B. (Williams) Ferguson. He also leaves 4 brothers and 2 sisters, Gerald F., Kevin W., Brian M., and Timothy J.; Patrica A. (Ferguson) Sprunger and Jayne F. (Ferguson) Kolofsky. In addition to his family, Will leaves his beloved dog Laddie Boy and his longtime friend Rose Aganlon and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services were held in Hawaii.

I grew up next to the Ferguson's on Pakachoag Hill.
Bill and I were good buddies when we were young.
