My condolences to Bill's family/friends. Before retiring from River Valley Services, I worked with Bill and he was so easy going and he always did the best for the patient. Your Bill was a special man and a wonderful clinician. Gone too soon. Good bye Bill.

My heart is so heavy as I read this.
I met you when I worked in Respite at RVS. We would at times go out to do evaluations on clients in other facilities to see if they were ready to transition to the Respite Program.
We would often meet up at the car wash on Washington St. on Wednesdays to get a $2.00 off coupon ( the weekly special ).
Your smile would brighten up a room, and your kind words spoke for themselves.
You left this world too soon Bill.
My thoughts and prayers go out to all your family.
May God Bless.

My deepest sympathy and condolences to the family of Bill Fetter. As a colleague I was blessed to work with a man who was genuine, compassionate, kind, caring, comical, always had an encouraging word and a smile. To the family, he was a proud father and a prouder grandfather. We will miss him dearly.

My condolences to Mr. Fetter family. He was a truly blessed man. I first met Bill through Kit fetter. She was my girlfriend at the time and when I first met him I was nervous. Of course I was, he's the father. So when I met him I was like oh boy!. Lol. He was tall and muscular so I said I'm not sure. Lol. But to make a long story short. He ended up being a gentle giant. Very kind hearted and giving man. He will be forever missed. And to the family I love you all!!!! Even to the part of the family I didn't get a chance to meet. My heart and love goes out to you and just know God is there for you. Stay Strong!!

My sincere condolences to Bill's family, I first met Bill over 20 years ago at Gilead and then again at The Connection Inc. He was amazing at his job and helped so many people in his life time. He was engaging and always greeted me with a big smile and friendly conversation. This is so very sad to hear.
