Willie was preceded in death by his father; and his grandparents, Wilfried and Joella Kaelin, and Robert Hollis. He is survived by his mother, Robin Kaelin Sympson and her husband, Richie; five siblings, James Yoder and his wife, Ashley Ware, Lance Yoder, Roger Foubert, Jr., Kori Sympson, and Daniel Powers; numerous other half siblings; 15 nieces and nephews; and his grandmother, Irene VonKannel.
In honoring Willie's wishes, the family has chosen cremation. A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Louisville Metro Animal Services.
