William was born February 6, 1956 in Tiffin, OH to the late Dorothy and Othmar Frank. He was a 1974 graduate of Tiffin Calvert High School where he played basketball and golf. After high school he would earn a Bachelor's degree from Tiffin University.
In 1978, he would marry the love of his life Jill (Van Vlerah) Frank and they would spend 47 wonderful years together. They would have one child together, Jason who was born in 1982.
In 2011 William, Jill and Jason would move to Oldsmar Florida. The three of them spent 14 great years together making many memories and enjoying the beautiful weather.
William was an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching many sports and rooting for his favorite teams, especially the Ohio State Buckeyes football team. He was also a fan of rock music attending several concerts and live shows in Ohio and Florida.
William loved spending time with family and friends who will deeply miss him.
