He is survived by his children: William Robert (Aline) Frasca, III, Mary (Robert) Doles, and Maureen (Michael) Toth. He was proud grandfather to Kyle, Kara, Erik, Robert, Ryan, and Sabrina. He was a loving great-grandfather to Brooke, Corbin, Derek, Samuel, Juliette, and Nicolas. Bill was predeceased by his beloved brother, Robert Frasca.
Family will receive friends on Sunday November 16, 2025 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Farview Avenue, Paramus, NJ. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am on Monday November 17, 2025, at Our Lady of the Visitation R.C. Church 234 N. Farview Avenue Paramus. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
