William Arthur Frazee, a beloved figure, departed this life on July 8, 2025, in Sun City, Arizona. Born on October 22, 1944, in Groton, Massachusetts, William lived a life rich in love, service, and faith. He was a devoted god-fearing man, a steadfast believer in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, whose gentle spirit touched the hearts of those around him.
William’s educational journey was marked by a thirst for knowledge and a dedication to personal growth. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, followed by another Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Bradley University. This educational foundation paved the way for a professional life marked by integrity and purpose.
In serving his country, William was a proud veteran of the United States Army, achieving the rank of Specialist 4th Class. His military service exemplified his commitment to duty and sacrifice, values he carried with him throughout his life.
Above all, William was a devoted family member and friend. He is survived by his cherished sister, Jean Bixby, along with his nieces, who held a special place in his heart: Diane Cook, Jean Bochnowski, and Andrea Maucher; as well as nephews Bruce Bochnowski, Jon Bixby, and David Bixby. His dear friends, Lance and Debbie Dreher, along with their children, Lance Jr., Nathan, Ryan, and Alyysa, provided companionship and support that enriched his life further. He also leaves behind many devoted friends in his Bridge group, DeWayne Householter, Brian Nevermann, Bob Swears, and many others.
William is preceded in death by his loving mother, Alice Mary Prince, his father, George Penna Frazee, his sisters Helen Hall and Ruth Bochnowski, and his niece, Janice Hall. His passing leaves a profound void, felt deeply by all who had the privilege to know him.
As we remember William, we find comfort in his unwavering faith and the love he shared with family and friends. His spirit lives on in the hearts he touched, and his legacy will continue through the memories he created and the lives he impacted.
A memorial service to honor William's life will be held at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center in Sun City, AZ, at 11:00 AM on August 11, 2025, followed by a graveside service at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona at 1:30 PM, where we will honor his Military Service in the United States Army. In this next chapter, may he find peace in the arms of the Lord, embraced by love and faith.
