Bill was born to the union of the late William E. Harris, Sr., and Norma Jean Brown-Harris in Louisville and was a retired pipe fitter for Louisville Gas and Electric and was of the Catholic faith and attended services at the old Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ann C. Harris of Louisville; children, Steven William (Amy Burden) Harris of Bardstown, Ky., and Jennifer A. (Ben) White of Springville, AL. Grandchildren, Savannah, Briana, Will, Noah, and Jonah; Great Grandchildren, Ariuana, Taylin, and Riley; brothers, Gary (Alana) Harris, Kevin Harris; sisters, Janet (Frank) Wrin, Teresa (Charlie) Weaver, and a host of family and friends.
His funeral services will be held at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026, from 11:00 to 2:00 PM, and the funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM, followed by cremation.
