I was shocked and saddened to hear about you passing. I have many fond memories of our friendship and years together in the military. May you rest in peace. Kia and family I am praying that God grants you and your family peace and comfort during this difficult time.

Bill was a very kind and soft spoken person. He always gave his best no matter what! He´s the kind of person that everyone should strive to be. Met him and worked with him at the State and reunited our acquaintance during his time with my dad at the Capitol Villages. Rest in peace my friend. Well done good and faithful servant. - Jesus
