William Knudson Obituary
William "Bill" Knudson born July 7, 1956 to Harlan and Patricia (Mahoney) Knudson in Burbank, CA, passed away on Jan. 21, 2026 in Roswell, NM. He grew up in Denver, CO where he began working in the restaurant industry. This passion led him to graduate with his Associates degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Bill served as Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager in many locations which eventually led him to Roswell where he retired among friends. Whether it was his love of cooking or love of cookies, he earned the nickname "Cookie." Bill is preceded in death by his son Warren Knudson, his parents Harlan and Patty, and siblings Chris and Martha. He will be remembered by his sisters, extended family and friends for his great sense of humor, outstanding food, love of motorcycles and enthusiasm for the Denver Broncos.
