William “Bill” Kral, 71, passed away peacefully at his home in Chandler, AZ on December 9, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on January 30, 1954, in Euclid, Ohio, Bill was the beloved son of Pearl and Stephen Kral. He attended Euclid High School, graduating in 1972, and later pursued his passion for cars at the Chevrolet trade school, where he trained as an auto painter.
On January 11, 1975, Bill married the love of his life, Marcia (Tichar) Kral. In October of 1978, they moved to Scottsdale, AZ with their two young daughters, Olivia and Theresa, beginning a new chapter together. Over the years, Bill worked as a boat painter and later at Entz-White before joining the U.S. Postal Service in 1992. He dedicated himself to his work until his retirement in August 2009.
Bill was known for his warm heart, quick wit, and endless curiosity for cars and gadgets. Nothing brought him more joy than spending time with his family, especially watching his granddaughters play soccer. His presence, sense of humor, and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Stephen (2006) and Pearl (2018). Bill is survived by his wife, Marcia; his daughters, Olivia (Kral) Caballero and Theresa Kral; his son-in-law, Manny Caballero; and his granddaughters, Karlee, Kayla, Katelyn, and Kenslee. He is also survived by his brothers Ron (Mary Ann), Stephen (Lynn), and Michael.
A visitation will be held for Bill at Whitney & Murphy Bueler Mortuary; 14 West Hulet Drive, Chandler, Az 85225, on Wednesday December 17th from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 PM. A funeral mass will take place on Thursday December 18th at 10:00 AM, at St. Anne Catholic Church; 440 East Elliot Road, Gilbert, AZ 85234. There will be a graveside service directly after mass at St. Francis Cemetery; 2033 N 48th street, Phoenix, AZ 85018.
