William K. Marlette, 63, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2025. Known to friends and family as Kevin, he was born on January 12, 1962, in Long Beach, California, to Ikuko Marlette and was the beloved brother of Catherine Haste.
Before his illness, Kevin was an accomplished journeyman electrician, admired for his skill, dedication, and craftsmanship. His career included time at McDonnell Douglas, where he worked on the leading edge of aviation technology-an experience he often spoke of with pride and excitement.
Those who knew Kevin will remember his big heart most of all. He approached life with kindness, warmth, and a deep sense of generosity that touched everyone he met. Outside of work, he found great joy in playing the guitar, losing himself in its melodies just as he did in the many adventures life brought his way.
Kevin is preceded in death by his mother, Ikuko Marlette, and is survived by his sister, Catherine Haste. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no formal services. He will be cremated at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
Always in our hearts, never forgotten.
Brother, with a love so true.
You gave us strength in all we'd do.
In every storm, you stood tall, a steady presence through it all.
Brother, with your gentle touch, you made our burdens feel less tough.
Your laughter echoed, warm an bright, a beacon shining through the night.
Brother, now you're free to rest.
Your memory lives forever blessed.
In every heart, your spirit stays, a legacy time can't erase.
