William Frank McIlroy

William Frank McIlroy, 67, of Clinton, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 27, 2023. He was born on August 25, 1955, to the late William Hite and Mary Frances McIlroy. He graduated from Nettleton High School. Then graduated from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas with a major in business and a minor in psychology. In his later years he received his ICADC certification as a counselor and was the 2012 Clinical Supervisor of the year by the Substance Abuse Certification Board, and the co-founder of Sozo Recovery in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
He is survived by his son, Nicholas Hite (Esther) McIlroy, sister, Norma Joan McCord Myers, his nieces and nephews in Knoxville, TN. Special recognition to Dana Michel that was a supportive dear friend and by his side till his passing. Also, Lauren and Cristina Alvarez that were also very close to Frank, he considered them family.
The gravesite service will take place on Monday, July 31, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Randolph Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Pocahontas, Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in memory of Frank to a local drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility of your choice.
