William Norman Moore

William Norman Moore, 93, Passed away November 1, 2025 at home in Palmer, AK. He was born to Norman H. Moore and Maudee Spencer on July 31, 1932 in Tacoma, WA. William served in the US Air Force from 1951-1972, and was stationed in Korea, Texas, England, Maine, Washington, Philippines, and North Carolina. He worked for the Municipality of Anchorage from 1972-1982, Bible teacher, and pastor for more than 45 years. He met Susan Moore and married 3/2001, in Palmer, AK. He was a wonderful father, husband, and provider for his family. He had a passion for music, the Holy Bible and serving God's people. He loved his children and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Jeanne Moore.

Moore, Anchorage, AK, Daughters; Karin Barker (Bill), Palmer, AK; Janis Moore, Palmer, AK; Marcie Menefee (Wyn), Palmer, AK; Marilyn Johnson (Mark), Palmer, AK, Stepdaughter; Brandy Kozeroff (Sean Sebastian), Ontario, Canada, Grandchildren; Billy Moore, David Gibler, Tracy Borland, Amy Halinan, Jennifer Nichols, Jeanne Ewart, Jeremy Williams, Laura Trejo, Amanda Bowles, Audrey Johnson, Mark David Johnson, Great Grandchildren; Caleb Glaser, Luna Borland, Andromeda Borland, Bridget Halinan, Olivia Trejo, Gwyneth Trejo, Tyler Sebastian, Trenton Sebastian, and Terra Sebastian.
The Memorial service will take place November 10, 2025, 1PM at Matanuska Assembly of God, Palmer, AK. Followed by the Graveside interment at Pioneer Cemetery, Palmer, 3 PM.
