Our family is deeply saddened to share the passing of William David Morse, known to all as Dave, who died on September 23, 2025, at the age of 64 in Dallas, Georgia.

Born on March 13, 1961, in Dearborn, Michigan, Dave was the beloved son of William DeWitt Morse and Eva Sue Burnam Morse. He spent his childhood years in Peachtree City, Georgia, where his lifelong passion for aviation took root-an interest inspired by his parents, both of whom worked in the aviation industry.

After graduating high school, Dave proudly served in the United States Air Force, where he was stationed in Europe and began his career in aircraft maintenance. His dedication to aviation continued beyond his military service, working with several airlines before founding Aero Paint II, his own business specializing in aircraft painting. He retired from this venture in 2024, leaving behind a legacy of craftsmanship and commitment.

Dave was a strong advocate for veterans' rights and found joy and peace in fishing, a pastime he cherished throughout his life.

He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Elizabeth Rosana Morse; his daughters, Joanne Elizabeth Morse and Jacqueline Suzanne Morse; his mother, Eva Sue Burnam; his stepchildren, Chris Long and Stephanie Turbevile; and his sister, Debi Ryerson.

Dave will be remembered for his warmth, his dedication to service, and his love for family and country. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
