I had the first opportunity to meet Bill when I joined the SPE ExCom in 2007.He was a man of few words but set goals for the Society and executed them effectively taking all members and Council on board.I had the privilege of staying at Louise and his home in June 2008 and then driving with him to ExCom meeting in Oganquit ,Maine. He was a good friend and mentor to me during my time at SPE HQ. May he rest in peace and continue to share his vast knowledge and experience with the Heavenly Society.
