Bill was my brother-in-law and always welcomed me with open arms and his Irish smile. It was such an honor to be able to be by Judy´s side with all their family to say our final goodbyes. He was soft spoken, but always had a good time . His legacy will be his three sons, seven grandsons, and two sweet great granddaughters who all live in the area. Very few families have the love and closeness of the O´Neill family. Rest now, Bill, and know that you will always live in our hearts...

I remember meeting Bill at a Nocero family event, he came with Judy. I was an early teen and he in his 20's. I was so glad he was friendly towards the younger cousins. I thought I wonder if I will be that together when I'm that age.
May you know we see your kids and grandkids and are thankful for you Bill. Rest in peace. Love, Greg Powell, Judy's cousin.

Uncle Bill..we will miss your infectious smile, your kindness and all our long talks about Bob Seger. You are in one million and it is with a heavy heart we must say goodbye until we meet again. We love you with all our hearts and a day will not go by that we don't think about all the great times we all had together. God bless...Joe & Karen
