William "Bill" F. Oalmann Jr, 92, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

Bill was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on March 29, 1933, to William F. Oalmann Sr and Augusta Pearl Edwards.

He was a Sargeant in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and was a recipient of the Purple Heart and many other awards. After the conflict, Bill attended LSU and received a BA in Industrial Engineering and was very active in the American Red Cross, U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and the Wyoming Antelope Club.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Sharon, sisters Ruth, Margaret and Marietta, his brother Ralph, granddaughter Misty Fowler and great-grandson James Martin.

He is survived by his four children, David Oalmann (Cindy), Becky Dulaney (Cory), Billy Oalmann (Kelly) and Nancy Burkley (Dale), 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Taylor Funeral Home, located at 5300 Park Blvd in Pinellas Park Florida on Saturday, March 7 th at 11:00 am.
