William was born on January 23, 1965, in Tucson, Arizona, to the late James J. Oliver and Betty Sweatt Oliver.
His daughters recall his love of classic films, classic rock, classic cars, and fishing. He was an amazing father figure who always put his girls first.
He is survived by his daughters, Brooke Oliver of Hamlet and Bry Oliver of Raeford; sister, Kathy King of Hamlet; and childhood best friend, David Scarboro of Hamlet.
