William Phillips Obituary
He was born on April 23, 1957, to William and Carolyn (Bickelman) Phillips in Sharon, PA.
He graduated from Farrell High School in 1975.
William was a Cement Truck Driver for City Concrete in Youngstown, OH, for over 20 years. He was a big John Wayne fan, an avid Pittsburgh sport fan, and loved NASCAR and fishing.
William is survived by his mother, Carolyn Phillips; son, William Phillips; step-son, Kevin Baldwin Jr.; daughter, Courtney Phillips and her husband David Merchant; two sisters, Sharon Wright, Cynthia Phillips and her husband Frank Neumann; two brothers, Thomas (Paula) Phillips, Kenneth (Melissa) Phillips; grandson, Lincoln Merchant.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will be held at John Flynn Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hermitage, PA on Tuesday September 30, 2025, from 5pm to 6pm. A funeral service will then begin at 6pm.
