One of the first times I met Bill, of course on the beach, he helped to 'train my eyes' to find sharks teeth. I was still a total newb to finding anything besides pretty stuff. My short Allosaurus legs couldn't keep up with Bill and John on the beach. Bill left circles in the sand containing shark teeth he saw so I could better learn what to look for. IT HELPED! Of course I missed one. I don't recall who, but one of the regular crew joined us not long after I caught up. He was saying thanks for pointing out a really nice tooth for him to grab as he proceeded to show off his prize. Typical lol. I will forever remember that moment, Bill's cheerful greetings, and the positive impact he had on my life.
