Bill was born of German descent in Forsyth Montana on November 9, 1935. He was the youngest of 12 brothers and sisters. He graduated from Beaverton High School and he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree at Portland State University. His work history sent him to Altus Oklahoma, Fort Worth Texas, Bellevue Washington, and Portland Oregon. Bill was also a Veteran of the United States Air Force. Bill spent his free time enjoying family and friends, traveling, golfing, and gardening.

He is survived by his loving wife Antonie (Toni) Roth.
-Son Curtis Roth and his wife Danelle, Grand Daughter Madisyn, Great Grand Daughter Aubreana, and Grandson Brandon Justice.
-Son John Roth and his wife Linda, Grandson Chris Furher, Great Grand Daughter Ellie, Great Grand Daughter Andrea.
-Grand Daughter Nikii and her husband Brandon, Great Grandson Mason, Great Grand Daughter Ava
-Toni's son Steven Cunningham and Thomas Sattelburger
-Toni's Daughter Robin Cunningham and her husband Eddie Salimen, Grand Daughter Madeline Cunningham and her husband Zach.
-Toni's Daughter Susan Meehan and her husband Jack Meehan. Grand Daughter Meghan,
-Daughter in-law Susi Cunningham, Grand Daughter Lorelai, and Grandson Jack
-And many other Nieces and nephews

A Celebration of Bills life will be held at Saint Bartholomew Episcopal Church at 2:00 pm
on Saturday November 8, 2025.
