My sincerest thoughts and prayers to the Rowe family and all of Billy's many, many friends.
Billy truly was one of the brightest lights every morning at Dankos, never failing to say hello or goodbye. His very real gift of spreading joy and cheer to everyone who walked in and out those doors was unmatched and will forever be missed. Often stopping to chat, as he just had that inviting way about him, our conversations always left me feeling happy and so often inspired by a man whose capacity to listen, understand and always offer solutions was his second nature. Billy's bright light was an angel to us all and will will be deeply missed by each of us.
An angel who was a friend, and whose absence will be felt forever.
Rest with God now Billy and may His loving arms surround you and yours throughout all eternity.
