William F. Seraphin

William "Bill" Francis Seraphine, 84 of Cromwell, CT entered into a peaceful rest to reunite with the love of his life Lora on Sunday, May 26th 2024. Bill was born in New Britain on November 27, 1939 to the late Anthony and Pauline Seraphine.
Bill is survived by his loving brother Robert and his sister-in-law Barbara from Virginia. Bob and Barbara loved Bill unconditionally and supported Bill and Lora's magical love throughout their union on Earth. He is also survived by his loving daughter Heather, whom he gratefully and lovingly accepted when Lora came into his life. He loved being called "Papa" and was proud of her accomplishments through the struggles and always cheered her on.
Bill was a proud and dedicated public servant throughout his career as well as later in life. He served his country in the United States Army and the Army Reserves. After retiring from the City of New Britain, Bill enjoyed serving on the Volunteer Fire Departments. He exuded a passion for kindness and lending a helping hand to many at a time of need. Bill and Lora were known for making tin men and often brought smiles to those who appreciated and supported their artistic craft.
