William "Bill" T. Shotkoski, 70, of St. Edward, NE, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025, at his home near St. Edward, NE.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 19, 2025, at St. Edward Catholic Church with Rev. Matt Gutowski officiating. Burial will follow at the parish cemetery. Visitation will be an hour prior to the service Friday morning.

Miller-Levander Funeral Home of St. Edward, NE is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.levanderfuneralhome.com.

William T. Shotkoski was born on March 1, 1955, in Fullerton, NE, to Thomas and Veronica (Chlopek) Shotkoski. He was baptized and confirmed at St. Edward Catholic Church in St. Edward, where he remained a lifelong member. William attended elementary school at Vohres Valley District #12 and graduated from St. Edward High School.

Throughout his life, William was known for his strong work ethic and creativity. He worked at Kaytons International for a couple years, then Matson Repair, he also farmed his whole life, and enjoyed making crafts, especially woodworking, a hobby that reflected his patience and skill.

William is survived by his six grandchildren: Gage, Autumn, and Willow Gasper; Lexis Dozler-Shotkoski, Kendall Shotkoski, and Brooklyn Kelley; four siblings: Patricia Luther of Columbus, NE; Kenneth Shotkoski of Albion, NE; Dan (Madelyn) Shotkoski of St. Edward, NE; and Peggy Wonderly of Benkelman, NE; step-son: Jeremy (Amy) MacDonald of Leigh, NE; step-grandchildren: Jaxxyn and Zoey MacDonald, Lexis Gleason and Leah Pinkston; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Thomas and Veronica Shotkoski; grandparents; daughter: Tiffany Gasper; son: Logan Shotkoski; sisters: Susan Shotkoski and Theresa Loughman; brother: Robert Shotkoski; niece: Ashley Minturn; and his brother-in-law, Jim Wonderly.
