William Scott Simmen

William Scott Simmen, age 63, passed away on November 3, 2022. He was born in Waterbury, Connecticut to the late Gottfried Fred and Lois Turner Simmen on January 8, 1959.

After graduating from Conestoga High School outside of Philadelphia, Scott went on to study and graduate from Penn State University.

Scott liked to travel and visited several foreign countries throughout his life. He passed away during an extended stay in Colombia, South America.

The majority of Scott's career involved managing Brand Lines, Sales Promotions, and Marketing within the beverage industry in central Pennsylvania. His expertise earned respect throughout the industry and trust within the company.

Scott always loved his family and friends. He cared for everybody while always having a smile on his face. If you asked anyone, they would say he was always easy to talk to and had a witty sense of humor. Above all, his most memorable quality was his loving heart. Scott will be truly missed by all.

Scott was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Patricia Bowes (Bobby). He is survived by sister, Sheryl Crum (Wesley); brother, Robert Simmen (Darci); nieces and nephews Catherine Crum, Susan Rodriguez, Ryan Simmen, Keeley Simmen; and several great nieces and nephews.
