Raymond was the devoted husband of his predeceased wife, Mary Jean Smith, and together they built a beautiful family. He was the proud and loving father of Kimberly Kay Smith, Mary Ann Smith, and the late Tammy Marie Redding. As a grandfather, Raymond cherished every moment he spent with his grandchildren, Omar lee Smith III, Amber Christian Cole, Austin Dale Nash, Zachary Justice Nash, Alexander William Smith, Breyden Andrew Broome, and Bella Ann Broome. His joy multiplied when he became a great-grandfather to Jaxtyn Dallas Nash, Bryleigh Rayne Smith, Kason Dale Nash, and Aviana Marie Lynn Smith.
