William Charles Snyder, age 21 of Mantua Township passed away after a brief battle with an extremely aggressive blood cancer. Born in Woodbury, NJ he graduated from Snyder Christian Home School and was an honor student at Pensacola Christian College in Florida, where he was simultaneously earning a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering. Wil was an accomplished musician and violinist who began his musical career by playing auxiliary percussion with The Barrington Band under the baton of Penny Teter. He began studying violin at the age of 12 with Amy Patton Weckesser, under whose baton he played for six years and later served as Concert Master for The South Jersey Youth Orchestra and Friends. In addition, he played auxiliary percussion alongside his brother for The Golden Eagle Community Band under the baton of Greg Connlain. As well, he marched in the Color Guard for the Bonsal Blues Band out of American Legion Post 133 under the baton of Lou Giunta. Wil played various roles over five years, including lead, for the Drama Tree Players under the direction of Sara Bausch. Wil loved the Lord with his whole heart and was active in various church ministries, including but not limited to music and Vacation Bible School. Although music was his passion, he also loved playing video games, kayaking, and hiking in the outdoors. His other passion was star gazing, where he would chart the stars and ardently proclaim to all that "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork." Psalm 19:1.
He is survived by his parents, William Henry Snyder Jr., and Christina Madeline (nee Zizas); his older sister, Laura Elizabeth Snyder; younger brother, Timothy Henry Snyder; maternal grandmother, Virginia (nee Tremarcke). Wil was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Norbert Zizas; paternal grandfather, William Henry Snyder Sr.; and paternal grandmother, Roseanne Laviola (nee Campbell).

Dear B ill and Chris. If this is a duplicate please fogiv me I was interrup;ted the first t im and I do not know if you received it or not. so I will give it again.

At this time we celebrate the home going of your son. I direct your attention to a verse in Scripture, found in John's Gospel Ch 14. Jesus tells us He has prepared a place. Your son is in that place . And to those who remain, He says in verse 27, I give you My peace. Tha Apostle Paul as wrote to the Corinthian Church, said to them to be absent from the body, now that is where sorrow comes in. Today, your son is n ot here bodily. SOOOOOO there is where sorrow comes in. He is n ot here bodily. BUT, Paul goes on to say about a believer is present with the Lord and in that is where we find our consolation.
May our Blessecd Lord grant you His peace in the midst of your sorrow.

Pastor and Mrs. Louis Palmieri
