William J. “Billy” Soriero, age 84, of Stockton, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 in Tremont, PA.
Born on April 9, 1941, in Stockton, Billy was the beloved son of the late Carmen and Betty (Gralski) Soriero. He was a lifelong resident of Stockton and proud alumnus of the town’s historic Stockton Elementary School. Billy graduated from Lambertville High School with the Class of 1959.
He is survived by his loving nieces, Diane Soriero McDaniel of Stockton, NJ, and Christine Soriero Trautman and her husband, Eric, also of Stockton; his cherished grand-nephews, Charles Edmonds McDaniel, Travis James Trautman, and Jeffrey Lee Trautman, all of Stockton; his adored grand-niece, Lydia Christine McDaniel of Princeton, NJ; his sister-in-law, Nancy R. Soriero of Lambertville, NJ; as well as his dear friend, Kathy McEntee of Harrisburg, PA. Billy was predeceased by his twin brother, Robert “Bobby” Soriero, his brother, Charles “Chappy” Soriero, and his sister-in-law, Betty Jane Soriero.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM in Saint John The Evangelist Cemetery, Lambertville, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
Memorial contributions in William's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
