William C. Teefy of Horsham passed away Monday, November 17, 2025. He was 17 years old. Born in Abington, PA, he was the son of William J. and Dorothy (nee Marlin) Teefy.

Known affectionately as "Lil Bill" to family and "Billy" to friends, William was a bright, ambitious and gentle soul who was widely admired and adored by all who knew him. A senior-year honor student at Hatboro-Horsham High School, he excelled academically and was actively evaluating colleges to attend in the fall. William brought light, laughter and love to everyone around him, and his sudden loss is deeply felt by all.

William was caring and kindhearted, maintaining close friendships and sharing a bond with his cousins, whom he loved like siblings. He was known for his constant support and encouragement to his friends, family and teammates. An avid sports fan, he was passionate about Philadelphia sports and loved to attend games, especially the Eagles and 76ers. He played basketball within the HHoops league and baseball for the Horsham Little League. He was ambitious outside of school, starting his first job at age 14 at Tonelli's Pizza in Horsham. Most recently, he worked at Ann's Choice Senior Living Community in Warminster.

In addition to his parents, William is survived by his brother, Jesse Abruzzi and his wife Katie, and his sister, Kaylee Teefy. Uncle to Hadley, Leo and Thomas Abruzzi. Grandson of Florence Teefy and Michael Marlin and the late Joy Marlin. Nephew of Colleen Teefy (Cathy Ramer), Melissa Lapinksi (Anthony), Daniel Teefy (Tara), and Michael Marlin, Jr. (Sara). Cousin of Daniel Patrick (Alexandria), Colin, Mark, Liam, Brianna, Bailey, Leah, Alexandra, and Cora.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday, Nov. 24 from 5-7 p.m. in Lehman Memorial United Methodist Church, 300 S. York Road, Hatboro and again on Tuesday, Nov. 25 at 10 a.m. and are invited to attend his Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. His interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Miracle Field of Horsham, c/o William Teefy, P.O. Box 183, Horsham, PA, 19044.
