Jenkintown, PA

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Brian P. Berry, 72, of Jenkintown, PA, who peacefully passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia.

Born in Philadelphia on February 5, 1953, Brian was the cherished son of the late Margaret Mary (Keeley) and Edward Graham Berry. Throughout his life, Brian was known for his extraordinary work ethic, keen intellect, unwavering generosity, and commitment to his family, friends and community. His strength, ingenuity, and love for those around him will be remembered by all who knew him.

Brian was a 1971 graduate of Hatboro Horsham High School where he excelled in football and wrestling, earning post-season honors in both sports. He furthered his wrestling career at Bloomsburg University and graduated in 1975.

Brian enjoyed a successful career in sales and marketing with several Fortune 500 companies. Thereafter, he started a successful consulting business guiding troubled companies to profitability. He attained his ultimate goal of owning a manufacturing company when he purchased Eda's Sugarfree Candy Company in 2004. Eda's flourished under Brian 's management and leadership.

Brian is survived by his beloved siblings, Kevin F. Berry, of Gladwyne, PA, and sister Colleen M. Berry, of Glen Mills, PA along with many extended family members, friends, and colleagues who will miss him dearly. Brian's brother, E. Graham Berry, III, predeceased him in March 2025.

A public visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at Immaculate Conception BVM Church, 602 West Avenue, Jenkintown, PA. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM, officiated by Msgr. David Diamond.

Following the Mass, Brian will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Philadelphia, PA, where he will join his parents in eternal peace.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for Children in Memphis, TN. These contributions will honor Brian's legacy of kindness and service.
