Mr. Tilley is survived by two daughters, Gina Von Tilley and Lisa Tilley Hill; two sisters, Carolyn Carver Allen and Barbara Ford; two grandsons, Tyler Everette Hill and Ethan Shaw Hill.
Memorial service will be held 2PM Saturday, October 25, 2025 at the Antioch Baptist Church with the Pastor David officiating. Visitation will be held from 1-2PM same day prior at the Antioch Baptist Church.
