William J. Tocco, age 66, of Plymouth, passed away on Thursday, July 24th, at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He was the devoted husband of the late Lisa Marie (Dumas) Tocco and the loving father of Jeff Tocco and Dan Tocco, both of Plymouth. He was also the beloved brother of the late Ronald Tocco Jr.

Born in Waltham on February 8, 1959, he was the son of the late Ronald and Norma (Tocci) Tocco and the stepson of Joanne Tocco. Bill was raised in Watertown and graduated from Watertown High School. He went on to earn his bachelor's degree from Bentley College and later received his master's degree from Northeastern University in Nonprofit Management.

Bill had a remarkable work ethic. He began his career as a mail and parcel courier for FedEx and later transitioned into real estate, where he worked as a property manager. He was deeply respected by his tenants and colleagues for his kindness, dedication, and integrity.

Above all else, Bill was a devoted family man who took immense pride in his sons. Whether playing tennis together or belting out 80s hair band hits on road trips to the White Mountains, time spent with his boys was what he cherished most.

An avid and competitive tennis player, Bill was a member of the Kingsbury Club. He also loved motorcycle rides, swimming, and tending to his garden.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, July 31st, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Cartmell-Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court Street (North), Plymouth, followed by a service at 7:00 PM in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory may be made to Mass General Hospital at https://giving.massgeneral.org/donate/cancer-center or to the hospice team at https://gscommunitycare.org/Donate.

This is shocking news! I was a vendor at Bill's Arlington location. He was a tremendous manager that always knew the right thing to do for his employees, tenants and vendors. He will be missed in the property management community. RIP Bill!
