Churchville - William "Bill" P. Weidert Jr. passed away on January 3, 2024 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Sharon. He is survived by his children, Todd (Danielle) Weidert, Dave (Jessica) Weidert, Staci (Dan) Dziduch, and Mary Weidert; his grandchildren, Brett Treichler, Dominick Dziduch and Drew Dziduch; his siblings, George (Bonnie) Weidert, Jim Weidert, Judy (Bill) DeBree, and Jack (Sue Alm) Weidert; and several nieces and nephews.
Bill was a Veteran of the US National Guard. He retired from Eastman Kodak Co. where he worked as a Safety Engineer. He was a faith filled Catholic and a member of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. In his leisure, Bill enjoyed traveling with Sharon and being outside. He loved getting together with his camping and Burger Park groups, where they would do dinners, have picnics, camp and enjoy each other's company. He will be deeply missed.
Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue, Hilton. Bill's Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 10:00 am at St. John the Evangelist Church, 55 Martha Street, Spencerport, NY 14559. Interment in Parma Union Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Craig A. Goodrich Dog Shelter, 80 Railroad Avenue, Hamlin, NY 14464 in Bill's memory.
