Rest In Eternal Peace

I first met Bill at Boy Scout Troop 83 @ Emerson School where his Dad, Gordon Wheelis was assistant scoutmaster. A great man of very high principle and dedicated to his family and community. Rest in Peace from your old scout buddy and fellow firefighter on Owosso Township Fire Department.
