Siblings, James Zelch (Donna) of St. Louis, MO; Janet Starr (Ed) of St. Louis, MO; Joyce Laube (Allan) of St. Louis, MO
Six Nieces and Nephews
William was a member and past President of the Arnold Jaycees and JCI Senator with the Jefferson City Jaycees. Also, a Supreme Commander of the Missouri Muleskinners. He was also a member of the Rocky Mount Lion's Club. He graduated from Fox High School in Arnold, MO. He was employed with Wonderland Camp in Rocky Mount, MO. William loved playing bingo and woodworking.
Visitation will be Monday, August 25, 2025 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 4:00 PM.
Burial will be on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at the Holy Family Parish Cemetery of Arnold, MO at 11:00 AM.
Memorials in his name are suggested to the Jefferson City Jaycees, Wonderland Camp or the Rocky Mount Lions Club of Rocky Mount, MO.
Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
