MS WILLIE JEAN LOVINGS CALDWELL, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2025, in Waxahachie, Texas. Born on September 20, 1953, in DeBerry, Texas, she lit up the lives of everyone around her with her outgoing personality and bold spirit.
Willie Jean was a woman who embraced life with fervor. She found joy in cooking, often bringing friends and family together over delicious meals. Her culinary skills were matched only by her passion for the Dallas Cowboys, a team she ardently supported, proudly displaying her loyalty through countless game days. Willie Jean was not only an avid fan of football, but she also cherished the moments spent enjoying a good meal and sharing laughter with those she loved.
Her unwavering faith and love for God shaped her character and inspired those who knew her. Willie Jean's devotion to her family was evident, as she treasured every moment with them, always putting their needs first. Her spirit of love and generosity will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege to know her.
Services to celebrate the life of MS WILLIE JEAN CALDWELL will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224. A Wake Service will take place on August 20, 2025, starting at 7:15 PM, followed by the Funeral Service on August 21, 2025, beginning at 1:00 PM.
Willie Jean’s memory will continue to reside within the hearts of those she touched throughout her life. Her legacy of love, laughter, and boundless enthusiasm will inspire many for years to come.
