Willie Alice Johnson

With love and gratitude, we reflect on the life of Mrs. Willie A. Johnson, who peacefully entered eternal rest on August 2, 2025.
Born to the late Mr. and Mrs. Charlie and Ophelia Perkins, Willie was a lifelong resident of Indiantown, Florida. She was baptized at Alpha and Omega Church of Indiantown, where she gave her life to Christ at an early age. She attended Booker Park Elementary and later retired from Talquin Corporation after many faithful years of service.
She was married to the late Leonard James Johnson, and together they shared a life built on love, commitment, and faith in God.
Willie was a woman of quiet strength, dignity, and unwavering belief in the Lord. She loved her family deeply, served her community humbly, and carried herself with grace throughout her journey.
She leaves to cherish her memory her siblings: Artis Slappey Sr. (Anita), Vivian Sawyers (Ansel), and Robert L. Slappey Sr. (Diana), all of Indiantown, Florida, and Mary F. Price (Ronald) of Killeen, Texas. She is also lovingly remembered by her special niece, Mrs. Ivory M. Alleyne, her dear friend, Melba Thompson, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who were touched by her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering love.
Though her earthly journey has come to an end, her spirit lives on in the lives of those she touched. Her legacy of love, faith, and strength will continue to inspire generations to come.
