Willie Ann McMeans

Mrs. Willie Anne Owens McMeans was born on January 7,1925 to the late Lucy Holt and Jack Littles. She confessed Christ at an early age at the Hickory Grove Baptist Church, Georgiana, Alabama. Willie Anne exchanged her earthly home only to gain her heavenly wings on June 20, 2020 surrounded by family at her home. She was preceded in death by: Her mother Lucy Holt, father Jack Littles, husband Mate Montgomery, sons, Joe Neil McMeans and Tommie Edward Montgomery, and daughters Joyce Carter Johnson and Carolyn Montgomery.

Willie Anne leaves to cherish her memories: daughters Doris Gills, Louisville, KY, Gloria Pettway, Barbara (William) Smith, and Sandra Pugh of Georgiana, AL, and one son Alfred Stanley Owens, Jr. of Georgiana, AL; stepchildren Dr. Oscar (Alfredia) Montgomery, Huntsville, AL, Martha Williams and Annie (James) Tisdale of Fort Walton Beach, FL; grandchildren
Jennifer of Denver, CO, Tommy, Coy, Darlyn, Prince (Lisa), and Brandon of Georgiana, AL; Shaun (Sheena), of Luverne, AL; Kelsey of Montgomery, AL; Shawn (Daphne) of Birmingham, Al; Kimberly (Chris) of Georgiana, AL; Jalesa (Chris), Jahne and Jasmine (Olby) of Greenville, AL; Thirty-five great-grandchildren, two great, great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins and other relatives. Willie Anne also leaves a devoted friend, Mrs. Natalie Christian of Detroit, MI and Hillary King of Greenville,AL.
