Willie Alma (Mae), Daughter of the late Bogus Robinson and Elizabeth Fassett, was born September 8, 1945, in Aiken, South
Carolina, where she grew up and was educated, She met and married John Pearson in South Carolina.
Willie Alma moved to Utica, NY in 1971 where became a homemaker for many years. It was in Utica, NY she became an active member of Holy Temple of Utica for many years, until she became ill and was unable to attend. Although she was physically unable to attend church regularly, she would be seen riding in her motor scooter trying to find a service close to her home., she attended Believer's Miracle Deliverance Ministries several times, since it was close to her home, she remained faithful in her walk with the lord. She would read her bible faithfully daily and loved gospel songs, Willie Alma love the lord.
Early Thursday morning at the Pines Nursing Home in Utica NY the Lord carried Willie Alma gently in his arms to be with him.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Bogus Robinson and Elizabeth Fassett Oakman and (1) daughter Viola. (7) cousins Jane Allan, Melinda, Rev Eugene, Benjamin, Thomas, Scottie Harrison and Bradford Wright.
She leaves to cherish her life, (1) Son, Larry Robinson (Chelonda) Utica NY, (7) grandchildren, Katrina Washington-Robinson, Cassandra Jenkins, Jarvis Washington (Kara) Mac Carter, all of Utica NY, Elizabeth Robinson, Olivia Allen, both of Rochester, NY and Larry Jr. of Florida, (27) great grandchildren, Dontrell, Nijja, Zariya, Jeremiah, Ja'nyiah, Jasmine, Ja'Liyah, Mack jr., Nevaeh, James jr., Hylek, Giyonna, Xianique, Isabella, Emani, Nixion, King, Jennifer, Tiara, Robbiona, Giuliana, Aaliyah, Erick Jr... (3) Great-great grands: Yimina, Kylyiah and Kyzen (4) cousins Geneva Davis, Brenda Brown, Demming Butler, and Samuel, all South Carolina.; And (3) very special friends, Toyzette Jefferson, Michelle Washington, of Utica NY, and Kindell Murray of Florida.
