Wilma Jean Hudson, 94, of Villa Rica, formerly of Beallsville, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. She was born on March 11, 1931 in Adena, Ohio, the daughter of the late Jasper and the late Anna Ponsetti Dawson.
Wilma was a homemaker who loved to sew, do crafts, crochet and make homemade quilts. Wilma was a Methodist by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Mack A. Hudson; daughter, Terri Lynn (Hudson); grand-daughter, Denise (Nippert) Carroll; sister Donna (Albert) Morris; brother, Walter "Toby" Dawson (Joyce); son-in-law, Arthur (Donna) Huddleston; and her loving cat "Susie."
She is survived by her children, Donna (Hudson) Huddleston of Villa Rica, Greg (Kricket) Hudson of Toney Alabama, and Dennis Hudson of Columbus, Ohio; grandson, Chris (Sharise) Sleasman of Villa Rica, grand-daughter, Amber Hudson of Alabama, grandsons, Dwayne (Shawna) Felton of Marietta, Ohio, Mike Hudson, Jeff Hudson of Ohio, great-grandsons, Brayden Hudson, Cameron Bradley of Alabama; great-grand-daughters, Shyan Felton and Emma Felton; several nieces and nephews and her estranged daughters Laura Sherman and Ruthann Clark
Wilma's wishes are to be cremated and laid to rest next to her husband at Beallsville Cemetery in Beallsville, Ohio with graveside services at a later date.
