Wilma Ridenour Hutchinson (86) of Clinton, TN, passed away peacefully in her home on April 13, 2022. She was a graduate of Norris High School, class of 1954. She played basketball with the Pepsi League and was Betty Crocker Homemaker of the year. She enjoyed embroidery, watching the birds, her chickens, and sports. She was a selfless, sweet, and loving person. She loved her family and friends dearly and enjoyed visits with her children, grandchildren, and especially great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Milton Edward Hutchinson, her parents, William Robert Ridenour and Hattie Disney Ridenour, brother Robert "Bob" Ridenour, daughter Robyn Deaver, and special grandson Robert Kelley Deaver. She is survived by her sons Robert "Bob" Hutchinson and Jon Hutchinson and daughter Rhonda (Mike) Manley. She leaves behind grandchildren Danyelle Deaver Foland, Randall "Matthew" Deaver, James Milton Manley, Vivian (Mark) Rookard, Hope (Luke) Ridenour, Cheyenna Dellelo, Dakota Hutchinson, and Kanani Hutchinson. Her 11 great-grandchildren: Kasidee Barton, Lily McFee, Erin Deaver, Addison Deaver, Remi Deaver, Elaina Manley, Evan Rookard, Jillian Rookard, Hayden Wilson, Marley Dellelo, and Rhett Hutchinson, and several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to her hospice nurse, Stephanie Estes. A Celebration of Life will be held at Red Hill Baptist Church in Andersonville, TN, on April 30, 2022, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, with Hillard Harless officiating. Gentry Griffey Funeral Chapel is honored to serve the Hutchinson family and invites you to view and sign the online registry.
