WILMA MARIE TODD

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our kind, selfless, and loving mom, grandma and great-grandma, Wilma Marie Todd. She passed away peacefully in her home in Cleveland, Missouri, at the age of 75, on Thursday, August 14, 2025.

Services will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr., Raymore, Missouri 64083. A Rosary will be said at 4:45 p.m. with a visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. A Prayer Service will begin immediately after visitation at 6:30 p.m. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 25, 2025 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Mountain Grove, Missouri.

Wilma was born in Denver, Colorado, on March 4, 1950, to Fern Uless Barnes and Elma Ora (Baker) Barnes. She graduated from Mountain Grove High School. She married the love of her life, her late husband Jerry Lee Todd, on April 22, 1967, in Plato, Missouri. Jerry and Wilma made their home in the Belton and Cleveland, Missouri area. Their union was blessed with two daughters, Missy and Michelle. Wilma was a hair stylist in Grandview, Missouri for over 48 years. She worked with amazing people and customers who she called friends. In life, Wilma loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, extended family and friends. She enjoyed playing BUNCO with friends, going to the lake, cheering for the Chiefs and the Royals, and hosting and attending family gatherings. She also enjoyed her many other hobbies, including yard work, especially riding her lawn mower.

Wilma was preceded in death by her dearly beloved husband of 40 years, Jerry Lee Todd; her parents, Fern and Elma Barnes; two brothers, Lonnie Doyle Barnes and Farrel Vahn Barnes; and sister, Audry Laverne Delcour.

Cherishing Wilma's memory are her two devoted daughters, Missy Todd Foreman and Michelle Biondo (Mike); five grandchildren, Jesse Foreman, Anna Lampe (Cody), Gabrielle Biondo, Joseph Biondo, and Michael Biondo; great-granddaughter, Leighton Marie Lampe; brother Donald Barnes; and three sisters, Leotta Ellis, Ina Geblin, and Patsy Barnes. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, you consider a donation to the Belton Educational Foundation. Wilma was passionate about helping children, a commitment she showed from a young age when she worked to pay for her younger siblings' school lunches. The Belton Educational Foundation supports children and education in the Belton School District. One of its key programs is the Pirate Pantry, which provides nutritional support for children.

Donations can be made online at www.beltonfoundation.org or mailed to Belton Educational Foundation at 110 W Walnut, Belton, MO 64012.
