Mr. Foshee was born on May 24, 1950, in Atlanta, Georgia, the son of Joseph and June Foshee. He was a contractor and homebuilder, he enjoyed golf, snow skiing, hunting, and watching football.
He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and June Foshee.
Mr. Foshee is lovingly survived by his wife of 47 years, Toni Jo Foshee of Madison; a daughter, Brandy Marelli, and her husband, Richard, and a son, Winston Charles Foshee, II. He is survived by his grandchildren, Olivia Foshee, Michael Marelli, Campbell Foshe, Sloane Marelli. He is also survived by his brother, Joe Foshee, and his wife, Carmen; brother, Bill Foshee, and his wife Wanda; sister, Carol Weber, and her husband, Leroy; sister, Sue Bennett, and her husband Mitchell.
A Celebration of Life will be held on February 20th, 2025 from 4 PM to 7 PM at the Jackson Yatch Club in Ridgeland Mississippi.

This is Mark Propst and I am so sorry to hear of Win´s passing.
Growing up I lived on Sheffield Dr in North East Jackson and the Foshee family lived in the neighborhood. Neighbor kids (Bobby Berry, Bob Tillman, etc) played sandlot football in a vacant lot on Sheffield owned by the Milling family.
Win became an influential person in my life because I was small and fat and was often teased and bullied.
He would stand up for me and became somewhat of a "bodyguard" as well; just a caring person in general!
