Mark Propst
February 10, 2025
This is Mark Propst and I am so sorry to hear of Win´s passing.
Growing up I lived on Sheffield Dr in North East Jackson and the Foshee family lived in the neighborhood. Neighbor kids (Bobby Berry, Bob Tillman, etc) played sandlot football in a vacant lot on Sheffield owned by the Milling family.
Win became an influential person in my life because I was small and fat and was often teased and bullied.
He would stand up for me and became somewhat of a "bodyguard" as well; just a caring person in general!

My sincerest condolences and prayers for y´all. Win was instrumental in helping me to be successful in business in the early years of my business. I will be forever grateful.

Toni, my condolences and sympathy on the passing of Win. I was fortunate to have crossed paths with Win back in the seventies during our Western Auto days. I remember a special party celebrating when the two of you met and celebrated your marriage. Bob Hathhorn
